PRECISION TAKES A SLICE OF THE EUROPEAN PIZZA SHOW

Precision offers up refrigerated prep counters at EPS 2024.

The European Pizza Show, which was held in London from the 26th to 27th of November, offers visitors a taste of everything from ingredients and toppings to professional equipment.

“With an estimated 10,000 industry professionals expected to attend, we knew EPS was the place to be,” said Tim Davis, Precision Refrigeration’s UK Sales Director. “And it didn’t disappoint.”

Precision showcased two of their refrigerated prep counters at the event, the space saving HSS340 and brand new top of the range pizza prep table, which has been specifically designed for pizza preparation and tested in some of the most demanding commercial kitchens in the UK.

“We were so busy over the two days, visitors were especially interested in our new heavy duty pizza prep counter which has been rolling out to Domino’s franchises across the country,” continued Tim. “We’ve had a lot of positive feedback about this unit from both small independent restaurants and large high street chains, so we were proud to share it with everyone at the European Pizza Show.”
